ROLE AND SCOPE

Land development, zoning plan amendments, subdivision and consolidation, preparation of the user requirement brief, commissioning and evaluation of preliminary designs and project reports, preparation of all detailed designs and the tender package.

This project sits under Business Development: we did not build it, we made it buildable. Zoning, feasibility, design development and tender package preparation fall within this scope.
