BAYSAR is a construction and engineering company built on more than 20 years of site and management experience.

Our founder, Bayram Saraçoğlu, holds a civil engineering degree from Boğaziçi University, an MBA from Istanbul University and a PMP certification. Over his career he has worked on projects exceeding 1.2 million m²: industrial facilities, hospitals, hydroelectric and solar power plants, mosques, housing and mixed-use urban developments. That experience did not accumulate in a single stage but across the whole of the work. From the technical office to tendering, from cost control to the site.

He spent the first seven years of his career on the contractor side. From 2012 onwards he moved to the developer and client side: running zoning processes, preparing tender packages, developing a 280,000 m² university hospital through to tender, and then managing its construction.
